One of our bestselling electric bikes, the Motus has been popular for those customers taking their first step (or pedal stroke) into the world of electric bikes. 

It uses the solid and reliable Bosch system and is kitted out with everything you need: mudguards, integrated lights, rack, kickstand and wheel lock. Grab your helmet and a couple of pannier bags and head into town for a stop at the shops, the local cafe for lunch with a friend or spend a leisurely Sunday riding along the river.

The central Intuvia Display is clear to see and shows handy information, such as the range, so you can relax knowing you have plenty of miles of assistance, letting you focus on just enjoying your ride. The handlebar controller lets you easily switch modes whilst you’re riding, letting you tackle those hills with ease.

The step through frame makes it much easier getting on and off the bike and the handlebars are adjustable to get the ride position just right. Offering a more relaxed riding position, the Motus also has both front fork suspension and a suspension seatpost maximising the comfort for the rider as much as possible.

This Tour model utilises a 400Wh battery and the smooth, lightweight and quiet Bosch Active Line motor. This offers a moderate level of support and well-controlled acceleration, perfect for those trips around town. 

The hub gear is a fantastic addition to this model as it keeps the gearing mechanism sheltered from the elements resulting in less maintenance and more time to enjoy your electric bike. This also allows the rider to change gear when the bike is stationary, handy for an unexpected hill start or after a sudden stop at traffic lights.
