For all items, with the exception of bicycles (see below) that are physically in one of our stores, you can generally collect your order on the same day. Simply place your order online and we will contact you to confirm when it's ready to collect.

For items that are held in our warehouse, here are the timescales you can expect:

  • Order between 8am Friday to 8am on Monday, your order will be ready to collect from midday Tuesday
  • Order between 8am Monday to 8am on Wednesday, your order will be ready to collect from midday Thursday
  • Order between 8am Wednesday to 8am Friday, your order will be ready to collect from 9am Saturday

Whilst these lead times are generally accurate, to avoid disappointment, please do not begin your journey to the store until we have confirmed your order is ready to collect. Your order will be held for 7 days before being re-stocked.

e-Bikes

When you reserve a bicycle for collection, a member of our in-store sales team will contact you to arrange a bike consultation. This allows us to confirm that you have selected the correct size bike, but also identify your correct set-up position on the bike. It is important we do this before the bike is built as we may need to change the handlebar width or stem length. If you've not paid a £100 deposit online we will request this and agree on a build and collection date with you.

  • Step 1: Set your preferred store on a product page
  • Step 2: Check availability and add item(s) to your basket
  • Step 3: Select 'Collect From Our Store' on the basket page
  • Step 4: Create an account or sign in to your account
  • Step 5: Select 'Collect in Store' and confirm your collection location
  • Step 6: Receive confirmation your order is ready for collection
  • Step 7: Collect and pay for your order in-store

How will I know my order is ready?

We will contact you by phone or email to confirm a collection date. If you need your order the same day then please telephone the store directly to check availability.

If you've placed an order for a e-bike, we aim to build and test ride your bike in the quickest time possible. During peak periods lead times on appointments may take a little longer. Please note that a bike order requires a £100 deposit before we build your bike. We will contact you for payment after you've placed your order.

What do I need to bring when I collect my order?

Present your order confirmation email on your smartphone and a form of identification.

How do I cancel/amend my Reserve and Collect order?

You can cancel the order on the spot or exchange it for another item. If you have any queries about cancelling or amending your order, please contact the store directly. 

How do I return my Reserve and Collect order?

Please return the item(s) back to the store.

Good to know

If you don't collect your order within 7 days of it being available for collection, your order will be cancelled.
