With its powerful motor and battery configuration, the Specialized Turbo Vado 3.0 IGH Electric Hybrid Bike offers the commuter, fitness fanatic or weekend explorer reliable pedalling assistance within any ride. The motor has integrated controllers that sense the rider's pedalling action to ensure smooth power delivery up to a maximum speed of 15.5 mph / 25 km/h, whether cruising or punching up inclines. The motor's power level can be altered by the MasterMind handlebar-mounted unit that also acts as an easy to read display for on-the-go ride metrics. In addition, the MasterMind device links wirelessly to the Mission Control app to allow motor tuning, software updates and activation of the Turbo System anti-theft feature.

The motor and battery reside within the frame to afford a neat and stylish look. The frame has been designed to grant increased compliance over rough surfaces and has a geometry that places the rider in a powerful, composed position. A suspension fork and high volume tyres further increase comfort levels, while robust wheels keep maintenance to a minimum. An easy pedalling action can be achieved, no matter the terrain, thanks to the enviolo City internal gear hub.
